Entrepreneurial Library Program The Entrepreneurial Library Program (ELP) of the JHU Sheridan Libraries creates a wide range of customized library and information services for clients in the academic, corporate, allied-health, non-profit and other sectors. For more than 10 years we have worked collaboratively with partners to develop customized services and online libraries.
